Shredded Beef with Green

Tender beef
Soy sauce
Cold water
Wine
Cornstarch
Salt
Oil
Green peppers
Green onion
Ginger
Sugar
Salt
Oil

Method :

Shred beef about 1 inch in length, mix
with soy sauce, wine oil, cornstarch, salt and soak for 1 hour.

Clean green pepper, remove seeds and
membrane, cut in halves and shred crosswise.

Cut green onion and ginger into 1 inch
lengths and shred.

Heat oil in pan, fry beef and stir briskly
over high heat about 10 seconds, drain out.

Heat another 3 tablespoons oil in pan.
Stir fry ginger and green onion, then add shredded green pepper, salt,
sugar and stir well.

Add beef, blend thoroughly and serve.
