Stir Fried Pork Slices with
Bitter Gourd Recipe

Ingredients :

Bitter gourd
Onion
Carrot
Lean pork
Spring onion
Chili
Dark soy sauce, salt

Method :

Cut open the bitter gourd, remove the
seeds and slice thinly.

Rub with some salt and rinse.

Shred the onion and carrot. Slice the lean
pork thinly.

Cut the spring onions into sections. Shred
the chili.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, stir fry
the spring onion sections, then add the pork slices and stir fry until
half cooked. Remove.

Heat up the remaining oil, stir fry the
bitter gourd, onion and carrots, followed by the Seasoning.

Sprinkle with chili shreds and serve.
