Baby bok choy
Carrots
Black fungus
Spring onion
Pork loin
Eggs
Dark soy sauce
Cornstarch
Salt, dark soy sauce
Rice wine, sesame oil

Method :

Cut the baby bok choy into sections.
Blanch and shred the carrots and black fungus.

Mince the spring onion.

Rinse and cut the pork loin into thick
shreds, mix with Seasoning A and marinate for 5 minutes.

Beat the eggs and fry to make an omelet.
Remove and shred when cooled.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir
fry the spring onion, followed by the carrots, black fungus, omelet
shreds, and pork shreds.

After a while, add in bok choy and
Seasoning B.
