Sweet and Sour Pork Loin
with Green Pepper Recipe

Green pepper
Tomato and pineapple slices
Egg
Pork loin
Plain flour
Dark soy sauce
Sugar, white vinegar
Tomato sauce, water

Method :

Cut the green pepper and tomato into small
pieces.

Cut the pineapple slices into pieces. Beat
the egg in a bowl.

Cut the pork loin into small pieces
and marinate with Seasoning A for 10 minutes.

Mix the plain flour with half the beaten
egg into a batter. Coat the pork loin with the batter.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and dip in the
pork loin. Deep fry until golden brown, remove and drain.

Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir
fry Seasoning B and green pepper, followed by the rest of the
ingredients. Serve.
