Vietnamese Satay Recipe

Slightly fatty pork, cut into 1 cm cubes
Garlic, crushed and chopped
Palm sugar
Salt
Pepper
Chinese rice wine
Groundnut oil

Method :

Mix together the pork, garlic, sugar,
salt, pepper, rice wine and groundnut oil in a bowl, cover and leave to
marinate overnight.

Thread the pork cubes on to the pre-soaked
bamboo skewers and cook under a preheated grill for about 10 minutes,
turning frequently.

To eat the pork, wrap a piece in a noodle
cake with some fresh herbs or a piece of lettuce.

Pull the pork from the skewer, and dip it
into the peanut sauce of dipping sauce.
