Ingredients : Makes 6 - 8 pcs

1 sprig
Chicken wings
Garlic spread or Garlic and Herb Spread
Ground pepper
Dark soy sauce
Honey (optional)
Fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, for garnishing
Clean and wash chicken.
Pat dry with kitchen paper and prick with a fork.
Marinate chicken with the garlic spread or garlic and herb spread, ground pepper, dark soy sauce and honey.
Keep it refrigerated, preferably overnight.
Heat oil in wok.
Deep fry chicken in hot oil for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on serving plate.
Garnish with fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves.
