Chicken Slices with Sweet Peas Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Seasoning A

1 tablespoon each

1 teaspoon

 

Seasoning B

1 tablespoon each

Chicken breast meat

Sweet peas

Carrot, black fungus

Garlic

 

 

Rice wine, cornstarch

Salt

 

 

Rice wine, dark soy sauce

Method :
  • Slice the chicken breast meat, mix with Seasoning A and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  • Trim the sweet peas. Slice the carrot thinly.

  • Shred the black fungus. Crush the garlic with the knife blade.

  • Heat tablespoon oil in a pan and stir fry the garlic. Pour another 2 cups of oil and heat up, scald the chicken slices until half-cooked.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir fry the sweet peas and carrot. Add Seasoning B, chicken and black fungus. Toss well and serve.
