Chicken Slices with Sweet Peas Recipe

Chicken breast meat
Sweet peas
Carrot, black fungus
Garlic
Rice wine, cornstarch
Salt
Rice wine, dark soy sauce

Method :

Slice the chicken breast meat, mix with
Seasoning A and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Trim the sweet peas. Slice the carrot
thinly.

Shred the black fungus. Crush the garlic
with the knife blade.

Heat tablespoon oil in a pan and stir fry
the garlic. Pour another 2 cups of oil and heat up, scald the chicken
slices until half-cooked.

Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir
fry the sweet peas and carrot. Add Seasoning B, chicken and black
fungus. Toss well and serve.
