Chicken with Snow Peas Recipe

Snow peas
Ginger
Carrot
Egg
Chicken breast meat
Salt
Cornstarch
Chicken seasoning powder

Method :

Rinse and trim the snow peas. Slice the
ginger and carrot.

Break the egg in a bowl, remove the yolk.

Cut the chicken breast meat into strips,
mix with egg white and Seasoning A, marinate for about 15 minutes.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan, scald the
chicken until it changes color. Remove and drain.

Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and stir
fry the ginger. Add the snow peas, carrot and Seasoning B, cook over
high heat. Add the chicken and stir fry evenly. Serve.
