Chicken with Spring Onions Recipe

Spring
onions
Chilies
Drumsticks
Ginger
Rice wine
Pepper
Dark soy sauce

Method :

Cut the spring onion into sections. Slice
the chilies.

Cut the drumsticks into small chunks and
scald in boiling water until 70% cooked. Removed and drain.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir
fry the spring onions, ginger and chilies.

Add the chicken chunks and Seasoning,
stir-fry over high heat until the chicken is cooked and tender.

Serve hot with white rice.
