Diced Chicken in Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients :

Potato
Onion
Tomato
Drumstick
Some cornstarch water
Curry powder
Coconut milk, stock
Sugar
Salt, rice wine

Method :

Mince the garlic and ginger separately.

Dice the potato, onion and tomato.

Rinse the drumstick, debone and cut into
small pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, stir fry
the onion, garlic, ginger and Seasoning A. Then add the chicken and cook
until 70% cooked.

Stir in the potato and tomato, followed by
Seasoning B and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until the
chicken is tender.

Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
