Pan-Fried Chicken Recipe

This aromatic pan-fried chicken is most
suitable to serve with rice. Ingredients :

Chicken drumsticks
Shallots, flatten
Pips garlic, flatten
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Curry powder
Ginger juice
Salt or to taste
Lemon grass, bruised
Oil for deep frying

Method :

Clean and cut drumsticks into small pieces

Mix shallots, garlic, curry leaves,
turmeric powder, curry powder, ginger juice and salt in a mixing bowl.

Add chicken pieces and rub thoroughly.

Add the lemon grass and mix well.

Season for at least 4-5 hours or overnight
in the refrigerator.

Heat up the oil and pan-fry chicken pieces
on medium heat till cooked and lightly brown.

Dish and drain. Serve hot with rice.
