Sauteed Chicken Recipe

Chicken, about 1 1/2 lbs
Shredded green onion
Shredded ginger
Shredded garlic
Shredded celery
Shredded red hot pepper
Brown peppercorn
Salt
Sugar
Brown vinegar
Wine
Hot soy bean paste
Cornstarch, mix with 2 teaspoons cold water
Lard or oil

Method :

Chop the chicken with bone and skin into 1
inch square pieces.

Heat the oil boiling hot. Saut� the
chicken pieces for about 2 minutes (only half cooked). Add pepper corn,
and stir thoroughly.

Add red pepper and hot soy bean paste,
stir for 2 more minutes.

Add wine, ginger, garlic, sugar, vinegar,
salt and 1 cup of hot water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cornstarch paste until
thickened.

Add shredded celery and green onion. Mix
well and serve.
