Spicy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients :

cucumbers
Garlic
Chilies
Egg
Chicken breast meat
Some cornstarch water
Dark soy sauce, cornstarch
Sugar, rice wine
Chili sauce

Method :

Cut the small cucumbers into pieces. Mince
the garlic. Slice the chili.

Beat the egg in a bowl.

Cut the chicken breast meat into strips,
mix with Seasoning A and half of the beaten egg. Marinate for about 5
minutes.

Warm 1 cup of oil in a pan, add the
chicken, cease heat and soak until it changes color. Remove and drain.

Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, stir
fry the garlic, chili and Seasoning B. Pour in 1/3 cup water and bring
to a boil.

Add the small cucumbers and chicken. Cook
until done.

Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
