Mango with Dried Shrimps Salad Recipe

(Goi Xoai)

Ingredients : Serves 4

1 teaspoon

Green mangoes, peeled and julienned

Dried shrimps, washed and soaked in warm water

Mint leaves, finely chopped

Salad dressing

Shrimp crackers, deep fried



White sesame seed, toasted

Method :
  • Combine mangoes, dried shrimps and mint leaves in a bowl.

  • Toss well with salad dressing.

  • Arrange salad on a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.

  • Serve with mixed fish sauce and shrimp crackers on the side.
