Pickled Carrot and Radish Recipe

Ingredients :

Rice vinegar


Carrot, julienned

Radish, julienned

Method :
  • Combine sugar, vinegar and water then add carrot and radish.

  • Leave for at least 2 hours.

  • Drain and serve as a side dish.
