1/8 teaspoon
Water
Glutinous rice, soaked for 1 hour
Split green beans, soaked overnight
Pork or chicken liver, sliced
Preserved soy beans
Sugar
Salt
Bring water, glutinous rice and green beans to the boil until soft and fine like porridge.
Blend together with liver and preserved soy beans until smooth,
Bring to the boil and season with sugar and salt.
Serve as a dipping sauce.
