Caramel Syrup Recipe

Ingredients : |
250 ml
200 g
|
Water
White or brown sugar
|
Method :

Bring water and sugar to the boil,
stirring.

Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is
dark brown in color.

Remove from heat and add in 2-3
tablespoons water and stir.

Pour into a glass container and cover.
-
Use as required.
