Cucumber Dipping Sauce Recipe

Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and grated

Limes (squeezed and juiced)

Cold water

Vietnamese fish sauce

Small red chili, finely chopped

Garlic, finely chopped

Golden caster sugar

Salt

Pepper

Method :
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix well together.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • This dipping sauce will keep for several days in a refrigerator, in an airtight container.
