 Fish and Beef Spring Rolls Dipping Sauce Recipe

Nuoc Mam sauce

Red chili pepper, finely chopped

Garlic, finely chopped

Lemon juice

Wine vinegar


Dry sherry

Method :
  • Combine the Nuoc Mam sauce, red chili pepper, garlic, lemon juice, wine vinegar, dry sherry and sugar thoroughly in a mixing bowl.

  • Serve as a dipping sauce to Fish Spring Roll.
