Oyster Sauce Recipe

Chicken stock
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Cornstarch
Water
Oil, for frying

Method :

Mix well the oyster sauce, soy sauce,
cornstarch and water. Leave aside.

Heat oil in wok.

Add in the mixture.

Stir for a while. Add in chicken stock.

Serve hot as dipping sauce.
