Water
Peanut butter
Hoisin sauce
Corn flour (cornstarch), mixed with 1 tablespoon water
Red chili, seeded and finely chopped
Chopped peanuts (groundnuts)
Combine water, peanut butter and hoisin sauce and bring to the boil.
Add corn flour mixture and stir until sauce is thick.
Serve topped with chopped chili and peanuts.
