Mild sweet chili sauce
Light soy sauce
Red rice vinegar
Palm sugar
Chicken stock or vegetable stock
Corn Flour
Cold water
Coriander leaves, chopped
Combine the chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and stock in a small heavy based saucepan over a moderate heat.
Mix together the corn flour and water. Add to the sauce, then stir until the sauce thickens and comes to the boil.
Add the coriander leaves just before serving.
