Shrimps Spring Rolls Dipping Sauce Recipe

Nuoc Mam sauce

Red chili pepper, finely chopped

Garlic, finely chopped

Lemon juice

Wine vinegar

Ginger wine


Method :
  • Combine the Nuoc Mam sauce, red chili pepper, garlic, lemon juice, wine vinegar, ginger wine and sugar thoroughly in a mixing bowl.

  • Serve as a dipping sauce to Shrimps Spring Roll.
