Large onion, finely chopped
Vegetable oil
Garlic, chopped and crushed
Red chili peppers, finely chopped
Tomatoes, skinned
Sweet basil, chopped
Combine the finely chopped onion, garlic, red chili pepper, sweet basil leaves, skinned tomato in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients with the vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly.
Serve as a dipping sauce to any seafood sate.
