Vinegar and Garlic Dip Recipe

Ingredients :

250 ml

1/2 head

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Vinegar

Whole garlic, chopped

Salt

Pepper

Red chili (optional), thinly sliced

Method :
  • Combine the vinegar, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and thinly sliced chili into a bowl.

  • Mix well and set aside.

  • Serve as dipping sauce for spring rolls.
