Vinegar and Garlic Dip Recipe

Vinegar
Whole garlic, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Red chili (optional), thinly sliced

Method :

Combine the vinegar, chopped garlic, salt,
pepper and thinly sliced chili into a bowl.

Mix well and set aside.

Serve as dipping sauce for spring rolls.
