Clay-Pot Fish Recipe

Ingredients :

Freshwater fish fillet (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Oil
Chicken broth
Pork lion, sliced
Garlic, finely chopped
Sugar
Chili peppers, finely chopped
Onion, sliced
Tomato, sliced

Method :

Heat oil in pan, add fish, and fry lightly
until just brown.

Transfer fish to a clay pot or stove-top
casserole.

Brown pork in pan and add to fish pot or
casserole with garlic, broth, sugar and chili peppers.

Stir to combine, cover and cook on medium
heat until sauce is thickened.

In pan, saute onion slices until tender.

Add Nuoc Cham sauce to pot, stir and until
pork and fish are cooked.

Garnish with onions and fresh tomato.
