Fish Slices with Celery Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Seasoning A

Seasoning B

2 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

1/4 cup


Straw mushrooms


Fish slices

Egg white


Some cornstarch water







Chicken seasoning powder

Rice wine


Method :
  • Peel away the tough fiber of the celery and cut into pieces.

  • Rinse the straw mushrooms and slice with the carrot, cook both separately in boiling water and remove.

  • Marinate the fish slices with the egg white and Seasoning A for 15 minutes.

  • Heat 1 cup of oil in the pan, scald the fish slices until cooked, remove and drain.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry the ginger slices, add the celery and stir until fragrant.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and Seasoning B, stir and thicken with cornstarch water.

  • Serve hot.
