Fish Slices with Celery Recipe

Straw mushrooms
Carrot
Fish slices
Egg white
Ginger
Some cornstarch water
Salt
Cornstarch
Chicken seasoning powder
Rice wine

Method :
-
Peel away the tough fiber of the celery
and cut into pieces.

Rinse the straw mushrooms and slice with
the carrot, cook both separately in boiling water and remove.

Marinate the fish slices with the egg
white and Seasoning A for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 cup of oil in the pan, scald the
fish slices until cooked, remove and drain.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil and stir fry the
ginger slices, add the celery and stir until fragrant.

Add the rest of the ingredients and
Seasoning B, stir and thicken with cornstarch water.

Serve hot.
