Jade Fish Slices Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5

Fish fillet



Bamboo shoot

Some cornstarch water



Salt, chicken seasoning powder

Rice wine

Sesame oil

Method :
  • Slice the fish fillet and carrot.

  • Soak and remove the stems of the mushrooms. Peel and slice the bamboo shoot.

  • Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the fish slices until the color changes, remove and drain.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and stir fry the mushrooms, carrots and bamboo shoot until cooked.

  • Add the fish slices, and Seasoning and stir well.

  • Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
