Jade Fish Slices Recipe

Ingredients :

Fish fillet
Carrot
Mushrooms
Bamboo shoot
Some cornstarch water
Salt, chicken seasoning powder
Rice wine
Sesame oil

Method :

Slice the fish fillet and carrot.

Soak and remove the stems of the
mushrooms. Peel and slice the bamboo shoot.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan and scald the
fish slices until the color changes, remove and drain.

Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and stir
fry the mushrooms, carrots and bamboo shoot until cooked.

Add the fish slices, and Seasoning and
stir well.

Thicken with cornstarch water and serve.
