Seafood Combination Recipe

Spring onion
Ginger

Snow peas, pork loin
Squid
Straw mushrooms
Shelled shrimps
Some cornstarch water
Salt
Sugar
Rice wine

Method :

Chop the spring onion, ginger, garlic and
chilies. Trim and rinse the snow peas.

Slice the pork loin. Rinse and remove the
membrane of the squid, make criss-cross slits on the surface and slice.
Rinse the straw mushrooms.

Devein the shrimps, marinate with salt,
rinse and drain.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, stir fry
the spring onion, ginger, garlic and chilies.

Add the shrimps, squid pork loin, snow
peas and straw mushrooms, cook until 70% done.

Stir in the Seasoning and thicken with
cornstarch water. Serve.
