Shrimp Curry Recipe

Jumbo shrimp
Garlic, minced
Coconut milk
Onion, sliced
Green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
Vegetable oil
Medium zucchini, sliced
Green curry paste
Nuoc cham sauce
Sugar
Cornstarch
Water

Method :

Heat oil in pan, add garlic and shrimp.

Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add onion,
zucchini and bell pepper. Stir for 2 more minutes. Remove from stove.

In another pan, heat curry paste for 1
minute, stirring constantly so it does not stick.

Add coconut milk and bring to boil.

Mix cornstarch with water. Add sugar, nuoc
cham sauce and cornstarch to thicken.

Add shrimp with vegetables.

Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves.

Serve with steamed rice.
