Shrimps in Cashew Nuts Recipe

Ingredients :

Spring onion
Cashew nuts
Shelled shrimps
Salt, chicken seasoning powder
Rice wine

Method :

Mince the spring onion. Rinse and wipe the
cashew nuts.

Devein and rinse the shrimps.

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and stir
fry the shrimps until they change color, remove and drain.

Continue to heat the oil in the pan, stir
fry the minced spring onion and cook the cashew nuts.

Add the shrimps and Seasoning, stir
evenly.

Serve hot.
