Stir Fried Cuttlefish in Dried Chilies Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4-5



200 g

1 tablespoon each

1 teaspoon each

Cured cuttlefish

Dried chilies

Chinese chives

Sichuan peppercorn



Dark soy sauce

Sugar, vinegar

Minced ginger, garlic

Method :
  • Make the criss-cross slits on the underside of the cuttlefish and cut into long strips. Cut the dried chilies into sections.

  • Rinse and cut the Chinese chives into sections, blanch in boiling water and arrange in a plate.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat, then remove.

  • Stir fry the dried chilies briefly, add the cuttlefish slices and cook until they curl up.

  • Lastly, add the Seasoning and stir for a while.

  • Serve on the plate with the Chinese chives.
