Stir Fried Cuttlefish in Dried Chilies Recipe

Cured cuttlefish
Dried chilies
Chinese chives
Sichuan peppercorn
Dark soy sauce
Sugar, vinegar
Minced ginger, garlic

Method :
-
Make the criss-cross slits on the
underside of the cuttlefish and cut into long strips. Cut the dried
chilies into sections.

Rinse and cut the Chinese chives into
sections, blanch in boiling water and arrange in a plate.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and stir
fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat, then remove.

Stir fry the dried chilies briefly, add
the cuttlefish slices and cook until they curl up.

Lastly, add the Seasoning and stir for a
while.

Serve on the plate with the Chinese
chives.
