Seaweed, Radish and Spare-Ribs Soup Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

300 g

2 liters

1 cube

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Seaweed, washed, soaked and cut into 6 cm long

Small radish, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick

Small carrot, removed skin and cut into 1cm thick

Spare-ribs, cut into pieces


Chicken stock


Pepper to taste

Method :
  • Put the radish, carrot, spare-ribs and water into a pot. Bring to boil.

  • Lower fire and leave to simmer for an hour.

  • Add in seaweed and continue to cook for 30 minutes.

  • Season with chicken cube, salt and pepper.

  • Serve hot.
