1/4 teaspoon each
Shrimps, minced
Small hard-boiled egg, finely minced
Small onion, finely minced
Egg, beaten
Salt and pepper, or to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Shape into small balls using your hands.
Drop into the simmering broth to cook.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
