Chopped cooked chicken
Fresh bean curd
Chicken stock

Method :

Chill stock and remove fat from surface.

Bring stock to boil.

Add bean curd and chicken.

Heat through.

Sprinkle with coriander leaves

Serve immediately while soup is still hot.
