Watermelon, peeled off green layer. Cut into 4 cm pieces
Chicken thighs, removed skin and cut into pieces
Water
Salt
Pepper
Put watermelon, chicken and water into a pot.
Bring to boil for 20 minutes.
Lower heat and simmer for an hour till soft.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with white rice.
