Black Pepper French Beans Recipe

Ingredients :

French beans
Pork loin
Garlic
Black pepper sauce
Sugar
Dark soy sauce
Water

Method :

Rinse the French beans, trim off the ends
and snap into halves.

Shred the pork loin. Mince the garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and stir
fry the garlic.

Add Seasoning A and the pork shreds. Stir
until cooked.

Add the French beans and Seasoning B, toss
well until the gravy is almost dry.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
