Stir-Fried Cabbage Recipe

Method :

Cut the cabbage into halves, remove the
leaves and tear them into small pieces, rinse and drain.

Mince the garlic. Cut the tomato into
pieces.

Rinse and cut the spring onion into
sections.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, stir fry
the minced garlic and spring onion, then add the tomato and stir until
it is fragrant.

Stir fry the cabbage over high heat and
stir in 1/4 cup water and the Seasoning. Cover with lid and simmer over
low heat until it is cooked. Serve.
