Garlic, crushed and finely chopped
Small head Chinese leaves, finely sliced
Egg, beaten
Nuoc Cham sauce
Salt
Pepper
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the garlic and stir for about 1 minute.
Add the Chinese leaves and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Make a well in the centre of the leaves and pour in the beaten egg and a little nuoc cham sauce.
Stir the leaves into the egg mixture, starting with those nearest to the egg.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with white plain rice, if desired.
