Stir-Fried Spinach with Nuoc Cham Recipe

Ingredients : Makes 3-4

45 ml

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Groundnut (peanut) or sesame oil

Garlic, finely chopped

Green or red Thai chilies, seeded and finely chopped

Fresh, young spinach leaves

Nuoc cham

Salt, or to taste

Ground black pepper, or to taste

Method :
  • Heat a wok or large pan and add the oil.

  • Stir in the garlic and chilies and cook for 1 minute.

  • Add the spinach leaves and toss around the pan.

  • Once the spinach leaves begin to wilt, add the nuoc cham, making sure it coats the spinach.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Serve immediately.
