Water convolvulus
Red fermented bean curd
Sugar
Red chili, finely chopped
Cooking oil
Garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Wash water convolvulus and break into short lengths.
In a small bowl, add fermented bean curd, sugar and chili and mix well.
Heat cooking oil and saut� garlic until fragrant.
Add water convolvulus and saut�.
Stir well for 5 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
