Water Convolvulus Stir Fried
with Fermented Black Beans Recipe

Cooking oil
Garlic, smashed and peeled, roughly chopped
Fermented black bean paste
Water convolvulus, snipped into 4-5 sections
Red chilies, sliced
Method :
Heat oil in a wok until smoking hot.
Quickly fry the garlic and black bean
paste to release aromas, about 30 seconds.
Add water convolvulus and red chili, lower
heat to medium, and stir fry continuously for about
3 minutes, or until wilted and bean paste is evenly distributed.
